Next Step Estate Sales specializes in estate sales. Our Primary service includes the setup and pricing of items. Our professional and courteous staff will organize, display, and respect your items. We advertise your estate sale on the most popular sites to bring in the maximum potential buyers. We understand estate sales occur for several reasons and we want to help you with this transition.
Property Preparation
There are times that homes, buildings, and locations are to cluttered or filled with debris to have an estate sale. We will remove and clean up the property in preparation of estate sale. We will also do item removal for land owners, clearing of houses, and general clean out. These situations may arise from evictions where items are left by previous tenants, properties bought or inherited filled with clutter and many other circumstances. We do not handle hazardous materials. Large and bulky items will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Item removal
Many times after an estate sale, there will be items left. We will remove items from the house, building, or property in preparation for sale or new tenants. We do not handle hazardous materials. Large and bulky items will be handled on a case by case basis.
Brokering/Consignment
Several times we will identify an item that is worth more in value than your typical item. If the item does not sale during the estate sale, we will offer brokering/consignment services to move the more valuable item and ensure we receive the maximum price. These items usually take longer to move than what can be completed in the time it takes to run a successful estate sale. Examples of these items would include art, figurines, sports and other memorabilia.
Decluttering
We offer services for properties, homes, and land where the customer does not wish to have a sale but just have items removed. We can facilitate this service in many circumstances. Please call for more details. We do not handle hazardous materials.
